D2 - Your welcome, needless to say this stock will be very event-driven in the short run. I think today was largely due to upcoming FERC decision on Calif matters next week and the decision to have trial in Nov on bondholders suit which implicitly suggests no injunctive relief. At present I am holding betting on refi, although I have taken some profits along the way. BOL
