I posted a similar position couple months ago. If the test is to determine if the cabin crew gets alerted properly, work as a team, they give proper instructions to the passengers as to their door of exit, get the doors/chutes open, and when a chute doesn't open can they make the proper adjustments to get them to the next appropriate door. If that goes well, my inspector general experience would give them a 'Gold Star' not a 'no pass'. Just my thoughts.
