I doubt there is a single thing that Peregrine has not been some how connected to.
Many post news articles about Immunotherapy; except, 99.9999% of them never mention Bavituximab, PS or Peregrine. Well I guess if one consider the US Weekly version of stocks.. then SA and Motely Fool have mentioned them.
Many companies have Partnerships and Collaborations which somehow seem to providr financing and assistance of some sort. Peregrine on the other hand, has the ATM as what seems to be their only means of financing. Yes, they have the Preferred but if it was in such high demand, then they should have sold those instead of using the ATM.
KOLS, KOLS, KOLS.. so far there has been ONE INSTANCE where a KOL was quoted where he used the term "Bavituximab". Everyone is going about doing what they do. Yes, they might be providing guidance but so far they have not done much to increase value of any kind.
BTD, BTD, BTD... OMG!!! This term has been used and ongoing for over 2 years now. Many other companies somehow seem to be getting this designation on supposedly drugs which are INFERIOR to Bavituximab. How could the FDA not grant this designation to the "HOLY GRAIL" of Immunotherapy?
Risk and Ownership.. Why do the Named Executives OWN SO LITTLE of the Company which will be the future of Cancer Therapy? SK has been CEO for about 13 years now and he owns less than 200,000 shares and 100,000 of those shares were on the SHAREHOLDERS DIME, due to a MISTAKE made by the company.
Why do other companies seem to further their Market Valuation while Peregrine cannot? Why is it that anything which will increase shareholder value always out of reach?
MOA... If Management got a better understanding of the MOA almost 1.5 years ago, due to that Understanding a Partnership was not in the best interest now, then why even mention Partnership and fruition only 5-6 months after getting a better understanding of the MOA? Why hire Steve Worsley who everyone here touted as the CLOSER?
