CBMG has had both their 10-K delayed since their merge with Eastbridge and who knows if they will file on time this year.They have also filed three NT 10 - Q one of them even after being uplisted to the Nasdaq!
So maybe it is something about the Chinese that if they file on time every time is considered unlucky or something.So don't worry too much if they are late to file once again.
