If it were strictly a reverse it would be meaningless....however as part of the reverse they muddied the waters with this public offering. Its confusing to say the least....hence in my opinion why we are now seeing the drop in share price.
They should have stuck with the private offerings and just announced a reverse split to gain nasdaq listing. My opinion only, from the little i know.
