They were at a 1.4 working capital ratio... Down to now ~1. The trend and how fast they got there (1Q) is what is scary.

That's beautiful(sarcasm). It's most likely true (honest). So where does $26m in rev put them? It puts them "at best" $85m in cyclical rev (assuming some quaters come up well short of $26m - q4 has always been the biggest.

In my book:, pps is trading .75 or rev, the need actual cash, and they have "stock" funded lines of credit which are running on fumes.

Even if they had negative working capital, it would necessarily be a bad thing. Companies with negative working capital but generate large amounts of cash daily have no problems staying in business. Nobody would ever consider Walmart as being in danger of filing for bankruptcy, yet they consistently operate with negative working capital.
