You raise a good question:

Does anyone think the problem with the stock price is that the company has to demonstrate that it can raise significant capital?

Despite all the optimism dominating most posts on this board, including mine, there are many risks in a CTIX investment. There will likely be many doubts and questions raised, now and in the future. Even more now, because CTIX's value can not be ascertained from any tangible net cash flows. One reason why the PPS will not go in a straight line. It's the nature of investing. It makes investing dynamic and interesting, for me.

I am very bullish on CTIX, especially long term. But bears will run wild on many a day. And, there is lots of bear food out there. Including the implications to your question.

By the way, the company makes no secrets on risks. Just check out their quarterly and annual reports, even their PR disclaimers. Management is very bullish too, but they are aware of many risks. They are also working on overcoming those risks.

Honestly, I don't think capitalization is prominent on today's bear menu.

A thought: Current PPS weakness may not have anything due to bear food, or bears. If NR is correct, there may be additional supply being absorbed from shares released for sale. Could be lots of other possibilities.

I have learned there are always going to be reasons for selling. Many times it is circumstantial (having to sell for financial reasons), or situational (taxes, divorce, reallocation, etc.). There usually has to be a financial incentive for investors to buy. Also, there will be dilution until CTIX has positive cash flows (currently none). With these things in mind, one has to assume investors have been very optimistic on CTIX over the past several years. I always like to look at longer term price charts, and CTIX has an excellent long term record.

No. the problem in a nutshell is that Leo has lost credibility with onlookers. Way to many delays and missing puzzle pieces. Period and end of story..imo of course
