There are some problems - rescheduling would be a disaster - rescheduling marijuana to a II would be a nightmare.

And it wouldn't provide any help to stinky pinkys.

And from the S.683 or the CARERS Act of 2015 it moves marijuana to schedule II.

The legal standard has long been that only licensed pharmacists are allowed to dispense Schedule II drugs. So how would this effect the dispensaries.

Could this be a way for the Justice Department to shutdown the dispensaries.

I find it very odd that someone can say "the bill will pass dude" without knowing anything about the Bill.

There is always unintended consequences.
