So this will end the sweep???? The money will go to a piggy bank for Fannie and Freddie and not to the UST!!!!! For this to pass the third amendment will be done away with?right or wrong? TIA

Shareholders are still not mentioned in this bill from what I see. The purpose is to protect the tax payers but some details are missing.
