Clean out ears; 'Right on target (and well within normal range) with industry standard regarding mini-evacs.' I mean if you honestly don't have confidence in Baltia or it's management team, by all means sell. If you have no vested interest in Baltia, don't pester those who do.

No. The have not demonstrated a failure to progress. It is widely known that the partial evac can take multiple attempts.
