They have no idea. Our Cigs have seen some travels now and it's very peculiar that they needed to be sent to California because that is apparently the only state that would tax stamp them?? Boss man also seemed relatively annoyed at the entire process. He said it's been difficult to get these. I also inquired about the price and he mentioned that the carton would cost HIM Over $100! (Not surprised with the shipping to Cali and the nys sin taxes) Newports or marbs fetch about 11 a pack easy. That's why most people in buffalo smoke Senecas.
