How do you conclude on stalled? The industry average is 6 attempts, which means anything up to 12 would be within normal range. In addition, each fail has been because of failed slides packed by an FAA certified Vendor. Baltia's crew has performed exceptionally each time. Stalled is far from the word I would use...
