Farney Daniels resigned, and have been replaced, Daytime

Nobody knows why Farney Daniels resigned, and it is strange that they should pull out at this stage.

It's worth noting, though, that they have pulled out before big costs start to be incurred.

It is possible that Farney Daniels resigned as lead attorneys, but remain involved in a lesser capacity. But they could do that without informing the court that they no longer represent Eyetalk365.

The firm replacing Farney Daniels are not new to the case. But they are smaller, and less expensive.
