#1048 RE: fotoburger #1046

Sloth, docsavag and fotoburger, What do you think will happen next, when S3 either does not get a quorum for a vote or the increase in a/s is voted down? I don't think they have a snowballs chance of getting the increase in a/s without an extreme amount of good news with facts to back it up.

I know of two companies that are currently doing reverse mergers of their subs and giving current investors restricted stock in the new companies. The parent company is retaining a majority holding in the new companies. If S3 did reverse mergers for SINO and Redwood, they could issue S3 investors some restricted shares of the new companies and than each of the new companies could increase their own a/s after the reverse mergers and issuance of restricted stock. The reverse mergers and issuance of restricted stock should get rid of the short sellers also. IMO What are your thoughts?
