First BMOC locations are least likely for success???

The locations with the best probability of success are, in order:
1.Next to colleges and universities, on a commercial walking street
2.Downtown business district, in a large office building
3.Neighborhood commercial walking streets
4.Heavy foot traffic tourist areas, with great visibility
5.Airports and large medical facilities (for carts and kiosks)
6.Strip malls
7.Inside shopping malls

Also worth noting that the initial BMOC/BCCI franchise agreement signed in May, no longer in effect per the revised SEC 10-12G filing in November, but apparently resurrected, was very non-specific about royalties. Said they 'shall be the same that is established by Baristas to its other franchisees,' but turns out this is BCCI's first/only franchise agreement, so not sure what that means. BCCI's published fees are 6% for royalties, 1% for marketing.

Franchise fees for the first ten franchises, per BCCI, will result in $75K in profit, or .00025 per share, after taking costs into account; profits come from the royalties.
