Yes check everything posted here or anywhere! But you did save me the trouble of going back to find the post that found the sec applications . . .

I tried to use the word "seems" a lot as encouragement for folks to do their own DD, and intended only to "digest" what I have seen.

I also want to clarifY: My true feeling on their applications is that they had to file w/sec in order to sell their stocks TO NORTH-WEST as part of the merger. I'm glad you called me on what i wrote, because it was, in fact, too suspicious and I shouldn't have done that. It's hard to write long messages! I remain interested in their identities and business associations simply so I can get a feeling for who is involved here. The legal application is a good sign, in my opinion, that they are following the laws.

Also, I firmly believe that the whole game at this time is company credibility. I am not at all certain that the filing will be Monday, Wed., or even next week, and in the meantime there will be a lot of anxiety. I hoped to at least put the debate in the area of actual facts for this worrisome time. I hope the basic information will be out Monday, though. I also have a hunch that there will be a "shake-out" on good news when the reports arrive, i.e., people will know the reports are out, but many who cannot read them may panic sell if they see an opening downturn and think the news is bad. This happens all the time, something to look out for.
