It's permanent.
The earliest any potential deal anouncement could come is at least 6 months away. It will take months for any trip visitors to come and return. Then at least a month for their respective companies to digest any trip information. Then months for the lawyers and management to formulate any offers if they decide to make one. Then months for LBSR management to wait for all offers to come in before deciding which ones to consider. Then months of back and forth negotiations once one is chosen. Never forget, Briscoe is not anxious, he is comfortable and not in a hurry. He has only one card to play and will take his time.
In the mean time, the financial markets will have started cracking and then just like in 2008 and 2009, the difficult investment climate of today will go to an extreme. There was no investment money available.
The NPSP negotiations went on for a year with a two-bit, one man company. LOL!
