When I searched there was one site that had documents that the case was voluntarily dismissed. I had no account to pull up actual documents...

I do agree that they must tie up legal and FDA loose ends before big money enters and a flurry of clinical activity begins.. As you suggest, I would bet money is there and waiting...

Nice work Cosmic! Did Miller and Salvani comply as ordered? We don't know. Regardless of the sum of money involved, I would think if this was settled the company would issue a PR of some sort. Just my opinion.
