Oh by the way we may have gained early approval based on the stat sig phase II if not for the sabotage. I'd say it is still impacting us and will until we are set to get approval with a potential deal in place (see Abbvie).

Really what catalyst has been achieved that is equal to a 2 billon dollar deal with AbbVie.

The street knew the deal was coming we were over 5 dollars and probably headed to 20.
Which catalyst did I miss with that kind of punch.

NEXT: One event/trigger needed for the PPS to EFFECTIVELY start that move.

Event/trigger MUST be one with REVENUE outlook (collaboration contract with revenue plan, grant, gov order, SUNRISE related, ...). Events which do NOT directly build to revenue (e.g. Liver, Stopeck's paper, etc) will have LOW impact unless ARTIFICIALLY created, because not only DOWN movements but also some UP movements are artificially created.

One of the problems with the share price is Tustins refusal-inability-legal constrictions ( take your pick )to explain in a LAY FRIENDLY WAY why the FDA APPROVED AND FAST TRACTED the phase 3 NSCL trial. Explain why we believe we have a superior immunostimuilatory drug in Bavituximab. Explain the known facts surrounding the sabotage .
No one is asking for deception . Lord knows no ethical person wants to deceive cancer patients, but for God's sake let the retail investing world know what we have. Just maybe you will garner enough intelligent longs to raise and somewhat stabilize the share price in an upward trend.
We know the risk -reward ratio , Tustin let the rest of the retail world know too - many would accept the risk as per we longs.

We're about two thirds through it.



For crimminny sakes we're still entrenched in TWO LAWSUITS because of the dose switch(pronounced sabotage).

When it IS over we will see the PPS where it should be....either FLYING or way lower if any of the reasons fall on Peregrine.
