You've completely misunderstood the court scheduling list, maronti.

No-one is accusing you of inventing the list.
It exists for all to see.

But your posts show that you have completely misunderstood it.

If, as you would have us believe,

The markman hearing is a continuing hearing from the other day

please explain how the judge can preside over that case at 09:30 today, and over those other cases listed at 09:00 and 09:45?

Here's the simple, and boring, truth:
There was no Markman hearing in this case yesterday.
There is no Markman hearing in this case today.
There will be no Markman hearing in this case tomorrow.

The parties have lots of preliminary work to do before any could be ready for a Markman hearing.

The Markman hearing, if needed, wont be until October.
