he probably won't be selling at whatever was offered. he's had several weeks to do so and hasn't. I've always maintained he won't take less than what the rest of the shareholders get.
I think their goal is to gain control of the company as cheaply as possible by supressing the market price (which implies delaying any meaningful drilling of the type that would establish the existance of a porphery) and then vote to sell the company assets or company to auryn for a small premium over market price of the remaining shares.
