a couple of issues with the article:

this 3-year treatment trial started during the final days of 2010, and patients dosed in 2012 will be going off the study drug.



patients go off the study drug after the initial 3 weeks....not after 3 years as the writer has indicated

However, the trial, and payment, could drag on for months.



average time for arbitrations from filing till decision is ~475 days, while for litigation it is 18months thru 3 years.

Awards are generally required within 30 days after closing of the record.

Arbitrations are chosen by the parties involved to reduce both legal fees as well as to have a timely resolution.

The article does not address the possibility of a settlement....

The article does not address the possibility of warrant exercising if the share price puts the warrants into the money...as happened last spring/summer when several million warrants were exercised.

There is always the potential for further dilution and share sales...the next 6-8 weeks will be very interesting...
