I don't believe there are any more shares to dilute. These are the numbers from September 30, 2014::

As of the quarter ended September 30, 2014, the capital stock of the company was as follows:
Class: Common stock, $.0001 par value;
Number of shares authorized: 4,950,000,000 shares;
Number of shares outstanding; 4,389,137,271 issued and outstanding;
Freely tradable shares: 4,185,112,438;


I'm pretty sure they have diluted their remaining shares in the last 6 months. With no more dilution, we can now move up! Get in, or get out of the way! DKGR
