Yeah Slo.....the key operative word you sent is "surprise"..... The first surprise will be if anyone acknowledges that they exist as a company. And the next HUGE surprise will be a PPS at $1.00/share. You know what I better take that back and embrace reality......reverse split 100,000 shares to 1...!! Worth .0000025 PPS.
I spoke to a gentleman who is affiliated with PAI and who knows their execs. The merger into ONCO is related to their need to go public. They are a legit company but I do not know Sales or any of their financials. Hopefully they come out with some Press as to next steps. I do not see any synergy with ONCO.
