First of all if one read the filing you'd see the par value of those shares sold from $0.23 is $0.10 so buying anything under $0.10 was a given and those were only available for a couple days.

Now we have the possibility of the men in suits have worked out a deal that hopefully doesn't mean italian sausage in our asses or at the worst case a nice triple
