Either sg is signing the papers with Google making us all billionaires, he fled the country, or has been advised to keep his mouth shut by his lawyer as an investigation is underway with the sec.

Google already helps provides some content to TheDirectory.com. Not sure what benefit Google stands to gain by buying this company. What would stock analysts think anyway.

I will pick answer #3 that a SEC investigation might be underway and Scott's lawyer are telling him to keep quiet.
