da da da da da da da-LICENSE - INCC has growers, 2 announced, 8 more vetted , 1 of them already applied for LICENSE....

4 other public COMPANIES have INTEREST in INCC having these GROWERS GET A LICENSE

VMGI, FWDG, AEGA, and IFXY - these have all been announced through filings and agressive DD being done

if INCC does not get this LICENSE - then all these other entities that are seeming to be counting on them are most likely going to feel the hurt also...
