If I remember correctly he's been bashing since Ackman bought...maybe he has a grudge against Ackman more than the GSE's...

Hardly worth reporting. Of course the answer is no. They won't amend the 3rd ammendment without Sweeny telling them to.

You'll all be glad to know that I'm OUT....Something isn't right...This is slowly trickling downward just like it did before the Lamberth ruling...The weekly MACD is curling back downward, and other indicators are bearish, as well.... I'm not going to let my money waste away here any longer. I bought back in last year, because of Ackman but he looks like a total fool now....the SEC is even questioning his tactics.....I'll keep an eye on this every now and then.....but for now....I'm DONE.....

Thanks for your contribution to this board navycmdr.
The following is a recent e-mail from me to
the Wall Street Journal:

"To the Editor,
The Wall Street Journal,

I am writing this letter to communicate my deep disdain for John Carney's irresponsible "cut and paste" hack journalism regarding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

These two companies are the American Dream! They have and will be the mortgage backbone that allows people to own a home with affordable payments. The WSJ in allowing Carney to spew his vitriol shows the once great news organization cannot even muster the resources to do the most basic of research into the governments obvious attempt to slowly financially bleed the two companies into insolvency, while they are in conservatorship no less!

Upon their insolvency will the entire U.S. Economy collapse and then the rest of the world thereafter?
The big banks admit they will not offer a 30 year mortgage. Is this mortgage Russian roulette all to transfer Fannie and Freddie's remaining equity to the big banks at all cost?
The question remains what cost is too high?
Sincerely Me"
