I especially like how AEGA and INCC have structured the LEASE - including the BUYBACK that AEGA has agreed to after 36months of operations...
there is a reason why they are looking to make AEGA a $4 to $5 stock
I feel, this buyback provision is definitely a part of that....
BUILDOUT reimbursements are common in commercial leases....they definitely are advantageous for both the tenant and the landlord....
Everybody wins here....
Now you have FWDG, AEGA, IFXY - all 3 of these entities are PUSHING AND HELPING INCC get a LICENSE in the COUNTY imo
