Very interesting. On one hand, no bills to replace them or wind down will pass, but on the other hand the conservatorship will continue for few years unless something happens at court.
And if he is not gunning for F and F (as he was years ago) that makes him more approachable IMO to some conversations with some big money folks who might suggest slight modifications to the conservatorship -- e.g. kill the sweep but hold the rest constant would be very good IMO as a tiny first step
