Is he? Do you have evidence of that? I'd like to see that he hires someone who is capable of running a business. Danny to me, is merely a salesman for hire. What they really need to do, and yes this may be hard for someone like him with an ego is admit that he continues to run his business with no real growth or drive into other sectors...admit that he needs help and hire someone with some real business experience specifically in growing a company from the bottom up. That is what needs to happen.
