They are crazy. They have an investment arm and I've seen them time their ratings to their trading of shares. They make it seem as if they are an independent mathematically driven system.
You subscribe to them? I did on a trial and could not use the info. Problem is they do a lot of publicizing their grading and can temporarily move shares.
Also regarding analyst's ratings, the partners in the last offering are those rating AEZS as a Buy:
