My L2 must be jacked then. I still show CDEL dropped to .21 and never saw him move to .2309. I still show me as top bid at .2308. HMMMMMM

My Level 2 on Etrade, had CDEL with a .2309, 8200 share order, and a 10K order through CSTI at .2308.

LOL I moved to .231 and CDEL moved to .2311. When I pulled the .2308 order I DID then see CDEL at .2309. Don't know why he didn't show there before but you can't outbid him right now.
