i spoke to steve shindler, the ceo. and spoke to legal dept. they didnt tell me anything definite. they are allowed, if asked, just like if a reporter asked them, to give their opinions on the stock and or future performance of the company, as they are not in a quiet period.
and when u own as many shares as i do: .05 percent of total outstanding common shares, people in the company talk to u!
