I was locked out on TDA, but got back soon after. The shares selling/dilluting today were obviously notes or w/e you wanna call it. My Etrade shares still locked. Today was the fixing of some debt. or explain to me, how is everyone locked out, yet million shares sold? It was paying a debt. I am new to this but simply obvious.
