William Henry "Bill" Gates III is an American business magnate, philanthropist, investor, computer programmer, and inventor. I am sure he does not use ECIGD products. However, Willy being a philanthropist maybe he is the secret investor in ECIGD. Ya know, getting people to quit smoking the real cigs. Lotta theory's abound. Or ol willy got his stock shorted and now it's payback time?
