34 million new shares hit the street in the last week. Whatever is going on behind the curtain ain't good.

Oh my! I'm going to have to revise my posts - the sharecount continues to fly upward at an increasing rate.

This is the death spiral - as PPS falls, more shares must be printed and dumped to raise the same amount of money, but as more shares are printed and dumped the PPS falls faster.

Vicious cycle aka the "death spiral".
