yes, the docket points out why exide's valuation and liquidation values as in por are made up. exide says liquidation value is hypothetical. why say hypothetical when they just published net book value numbers and why are they different? and so on. you should read it. my head spins seeing what is going on here, the numbers put out by exide in the por are simply not consistent with the numbers in other fiings. i can't believe equity holders are putting up with it.
