Gosh Temp you takes your chances. I sold RE at big gain NY but am reinvesting in RE here. On the coasts there just is not more land so I am somewhat comfy with investment. Also, the well heeled are doing OK still and they like RE. So for now I'm not shreiking about thousands lost in RE. but as always-- Who Knows?

I do like the industrial metals to maintain higher prices as China and India try to grow. I am playing copper and zinc a bit. Who Knows?

Also kinda nibbling in alt energy stuff. Gotta do OK as Crude is much higher yoy. You know batteries and solar panels type stuff. Who Knows?

My Bank stock is getting hamamamered tho. Tempy thing I do hope. I cant trade it but did sell some granted options recntly right at top. You'd a been proud. Sold BK calls at 36.30 Not shabby top call huh? It in 33's now and they were deep in money so each penny mattered.
