Dr. Torley stated they would have to reach an agreement to use a preapproved drug or purchase an approved one. Either can agree to supply study drug at no cost to encourage using their product.
Halo should be concentrating on getting Peg approved and that part of business plan was very recently stated. No way Halo buys a clinical drug.
As far as BTD, does not matter at this point. What matters now is we are fast tracked, orphan, and in talks for design of phase III registration trial. FDA is already on board to get this type treatment to market asap if significant efficacy is shown. Get into phase III, then other accelerators will follow if warranted.
The senseless pumping is like the senseless bashing, senseless.
Pumpers are worse in that they create false expectations, thus disappointed investors when the fairy tail does not come true. Buying the rights to a clinical stage drug is not even a positive to pump. I would be gone if I thought I would have to fund clinical and buy a drug through debt/dilution before Peg is approved.
