But it is the structure of any deal that concerns me. Will JN pay to much for the acquisitions? If he does, it will take that much more time for the deal to justify itself. Every deal will not be like a SunWorks, increasing its revenue by 145% the 1st year. The larger the deal the smaller the revenue increase percentage. If SLTD buys a company with 20 mil in revs we may only see an increase of 40 to 50% in revenue the 1st year. Sure 8 to 10 mil increase in revs is nice, but does it justify the cost of the deal if JN pays to much of a premium to get the deal done.
