VERY GOOD NEWS HERE FOLKS!!!

I spoke to the Nevada SOS and I was informed that there is no way they could erase the error. The NV SOS informed me that the company can file an Amendment on top to show that it should have been an Amendment which will should on top. Per the company, they have filed an Amendment which will show up on top to be understood that the company is not doing a reverse split. Per the company, Cliff was very sick the day he filled out the formed to get it done. He’s fine now, but after realizing what he had done, there was nothing for him to do except to file the Amendment of which he had done.

As for the Transfer Agent (TA), I informed the company of the market perception about the TA being gagged. They were not aware of only needing to write a letter to the TA to ungag the TA; they are aware now. They are discussing to ungag the TA after all of the share reductions have been completed so that the public, when calling the TA, will get the numbers that were PR-ed. I asked if those numbers are still consistent with what was PR-ed and I was informed that they are. So in other words… the ungagging is coming and the numbers will reflect to be what they claimed them to be. I am expecting for the company to provide another update on the share structure issue soon that will be the proof to confirm that the company is not dumping and that the share structure will be what they claimed.

As for the questions to the lawyer, I emailed them to him today. I’ll post what I get for a response. I still believe that IJJP will prove to be genuine and will be fine.
