Remember, this company was not always located in Dallas and it traded at .50. They had an office in Plano and Allen which I assume was much cheaper than the high rent Dallas location. I suspect they are focusing on software development and not infrastructure tower work. Labor and staffing for tower work didn't pan out imo. They were recognized for the software imo but could be wrong. They don't need 2500+ sqft of office space at $10+ per sqft to develop software.
