A couple of items:
Increlex is ahead of Iplex in Europe. Regardless of the "orphan" decision, they have already applied for marketing approval and we have not. Unless they run into a pothole, they will gain approval first.
Second, there is no such thing as co-orphan in the US. I don't know if this is different in the EU. More than one drug can have orphan for the same indication, but they must be different drugs, as IPLEX and Increlex are.
