I think PeopleVine was an Alliance Tank deal

When I heard Paul talk about it in the radio interview, I took it as it was an Alliance Tank deal where they partnered up. The developer had the software platform and ACG had the expertise to market and grow it. The only money mentioned is Paul has stated that they have agreed to spend 400k or so over the next year marketing it to make it grow. I do know that the developer is now working for ACG.
