Dempsey is the processor based on Netburst that will launch first. It will be dual core, 130W, and up to 3.73GHz (95W for 3.2GHz and below). Woodcrest is the Core 2 based Xeon, and it will be 100% drop in compatible with the same platform.

Dempsey is a CPU. Blackford is the chipset, which will also support Woodcrest.
