I thought that what HHSE needed was the Form 10, complete with audit?

My take on the reduced volume is that some of the folks who were churning this have now stopped doing so. I think the flippers/churners are smart to proceed with greater caution.

Anyone selling HHSE at 0.009 is making a bad decision IMHO.

Yep....da Ewic is mediocre at best, his track record pretty much proves that. You would he think he'd learn a thing or two, but I dunno....Whoda thunk with that stellar bio and 5 years later, we'd still be waiting for a successful theatrical release. I mean we are a movie distribution company, aren't we ;^)
