I agree, I have supported Mine for a long time. I have had some minor complaints but nothing like this. Not sure what management is thinking. Even if there is a RS, people will get mad and sell off. Not sure they would ever get to their $4 if they don't build share holder loyalty and keep their promise of a buyback.

They need to get their you know what out of the clouds, and get back to business, work on expanding and consumer awareness. They need to concentrate on getting to .01 and uplisting to the OTCQX, and then in a couple years think about further uplisting. As you said who in their right mind things about NASDAQ when as I write this we are sitting .0062 on the bid. At the moment I am very disappointed and also feel management has lost some credibility.

all imo for what it is worth. I hope management will address their shareholders concerns.

That was a HUGE red flag when I read the report yesterday. I was ok with most the financials, but why in the world is Vanis even worried about uplisting at these current levels and then he mentions "manipulation" in the OTC. Just seemed very "odd" for a "leader" to be bringing these things up. It is like he is using manipulation and volatility as an excuse to give him reason to try and r/s and everything will be good for current shareholders. IT WILL NOT BE...a r/s will eventually need to happen to get uplisted, but to actually noting it in a forward looking statement this early in the game is very alarming. Mine is a company with millions in debt and projected few million in revenue and he is discussing NYSE or NASDAQ? IMO he is setting it up for a r/s and he is trying to disquise it as a good thing for shareholders. I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see another increase to A/S as well. We are closer to that option then a buyback. He went from ruling out a reverse split to now entertaining the idea and doesn't even mention a buyback (didn't expect him to.)

Also, am I misunderstanding or wasn't ~$450K monthly from Avanzar to be added to revenue on Mine's financials? Maybe it was quarterly, but I thought it was monthly. Where was that revenue?

These financials and the shareholder letter were a huge negative if you read between the lines. IMO I'd wait for the $.003 level and then consider buying.
