Yeah we might see them move quick when things finally come together, they already had their foot in the door early on.

I believe that PR is for MMJ and has nothing to do with the hemp industry. Regardless, DSCR is committed to growing again in Canada for 2015, or they wouldn't have reapplied for the license.

I'm not a big fan of hemp bills passing in the US. It's not good for business. Yes, DSCR could scrap farming in Africa and head to FLA, which would definitely be a cheaper venture. But the more hemp farmers you have, the cheaper the product will be. Not good in my eyes. Regardless again, not that any of it matters, by the time the next PR comes out the 2015 harvest will probably have harvested already
