Good points: I was hoping for clarity in 10K (circa mid-April), but the maybe/maybe-not story likely will continue into another 10Q (circa mid-May) at least...

First off, don't expect much in terms of revenue as this was there first parcels and they are likely to be working on the process security and working with buyers.

As to cashflow, it could lag revenue by as much as a quarter depending on the Ts & Cs of the sales contract.
